mary kay has some lip stuff you rub it on and it rubs off dead skin. I used it for a while and i think its works really good.

Mary Kay has a wonderful product set for that. It is called Satin Lips. It's a 2-step process. The first is the mask that exfoliates and the second is a lip balm. Go to marykay.com and find a consultant near you to get a free sample.

Try Using Vaseline instead of Lip balm. Make Sure You leave it on for AT LEAST 5 Minutes before doing the brushing thing.

Check the link out below. I use this and it is awesome. Right after you use the lip exfoliant, put on the lip balm sold on the site. There's one with sunscreen and one without. I usually use the one without since I'm not in the sun much and it's more invisible.

Good stuff. Actually I like most of the stuff on the website. Check it out.

Steaming them (hot shower works great) and then mixing raw sugar with olive oil is good. Make sure to follow up with cocoa butter to keep them soft-- Palmers makes something called the "swivel stick" that you can use for lips. Just FYI, almost all "medicated' lip glosses and Vaseline products actually have drying agent in them. They are fine as long as you have just recently put it one, but they contain alcohol which will make your lips really rough once it's immediately worn off.

I always do what you said and when I'm brushin my teeth, brush my lips too. That works. I also use a wet washcloth. Bath & Body Works sells a lip buffer by C.O. Bigelow that works good, be sure to buy some Mentha Lip Shine to go with it!! I love that stuff.

Mary Kay Cosmetics has a product called "satin lips" which exfoliates and moisturizes. It is wonderful. I have two sets - one for home and one at the office for emergencies. Try it!!

ok this will sound weird but it works..white sugar and lip balm mix together and rub in a circular motion on your lips it leaves you lips feeling soft and smoothe and a nice pink colour

try exfoliating with a bit of either white or raw sugar with same quantity of moisturiser like sorbolene. mix it up then gently rub in circular motions on your lips. rinse with warm water then apply a little vaseline.
goodluck!
