you mean she isnt breathing now? call 911, if you mean she has stopped before and your worried she will stop againg i suggest you go to the hospital and learn cpr the classes are free that way next time your prepared.or do you mean shes in a hospital and has stopped breathing due to long term illness? well if that is the case shes in the best place possiable and let the doctor's handle it

Unless you killed her (or want her dead) you wouldn't be on here after 4 minutes of her not breathing--you would have called 911, and be doing anything they tell you to do to get her breathing again.
