That's a good question. Ya know, I've known some people for over 40 years and still feel like I don't know them to the extent that, they could still do, or say things, that would truly surprise me.

You can get a pretty good idea of who a person is through conversations either on-line or phone. But to really say you know someone, I think you spend time around them. But that isn't always true either. You could spend alot of time around someone and never know who they really are if they don't let you. But alot of knowing somebody also depends on your own sense of judgment and intuition.

Once I get to know things about them and they learn things about me. For me it's not something that happens suddenly. It takes me a while to get to know someone.
