Guitar player question.....?

If you have good soloing xhops on an acoustic,does it make having those same chops on an electric easier?

Hi Pat-

I play and teach on the side(the only reason I have a day job as an engineer is so I don't feel I've wasted the college education I went into debt for)-

If you can solo well on an acoustic, it'll translate right over to an electric-actually easier, since a properly set up electric will have a nice low action-

most of the time yes, it would be a bit easier on an electric as long as the guitars action isnt set too high and slow.
