I have literally grabbed one on a persons face because I thought it was a stray hair or thread!! I was mortified when I realized it was attached to their skin. Ew. How can they NOT see it?
You can always take up a collection for her to get a waxing at a local salon and leave it for her anonymously, with a note that reads, "Go to XYZ Salon for whisker removal"

First I would look for an Adam's Apple to make sure she wasn't a dude. If that checks out alright then I would hope the next time we saw each other it would be gone. If it was still there I'd probably just yank it out myself and say "oops, didn't know it was attached."

You have to get her stoned and "accidentally" burn it off while you're lightin and she's tokin. It's the only way. It's obvious she still wants it there. These are desperate times, I know. But don't use ragweed. She'll appreciate the good stuff and shrug off her loss. Good luck!
