I'm not sure what the question is. These days, 100BaseTx (i.e. Fast Ethernet) is very common. Standard 10BaseT is basically never sold anymore, but there's a ton of it still in use.

GigE is becoming common, but isn't really widely deployed yet. 10GigE is quite rare.
