In theory, i.e. for somebody who is very sensitive, you can detect practically any emotion in body language, especially the face and eye movements.
In practice probably not reliably, one because this is high art, and two because jealousy is an emotion some people really may want to conceal.
Try watching for somebody going abruptly emotionally dead, looking at you from the face down to the feet and up or right in the eye aggressively.
Good faculty to have because these people can be dangerous.

I think it would be pretty difficult, but usually you can tell if someone is jealous in the way that they behave in general.

sometimes but you can't always take it as jealousy and you might think they made a nasty look at you but they really didn't, they might have been just thinking about something. and if they did WHO CARES!! lol i mean you can't help it if your hot. i just don't get people.
