Since % means hundredths, divide the percent by 100 to get the decimal. Example: 38% = 38/100 = 0.38
Do about the same thing to make % into a fraction.
Put the percent over 100 and reduce the fraction.
38% = 38/100 = 19/50

which one is it, a do you want to convert the percent to a decimal or to a fraction
if a decimal then divide the percent by 100 and that would represent the decimal value for example 50% = (50)/100 = .5
if a fraction express the percent over 100 and simplify for example 50% = (50)/100 = 1/2

a) enable's say you have 15%. The p.c. skill "out of a hundred" so once you examine it this way that's 15 out of a hundred. This is going to the fraction 15/a hundred. once you simplify you get 3/20. b) i'm assuming you mean a decimal with the help of this. to teach 25% in to a decimal, basically pass the decimal element 2 places to the left to get .25 . c) to teach a fragment right into a p.c., first turn it right into a decimal with the help of dividing, then turn the decimal to a p.c. (area b). wish that facilitates and sturdy good fortune!
