It depends on the situation. Usually, they can be totally appropriate. I don't personally care for big hoop earrings, I would wear small hoops.

depends on what your wearing and how big the hoops are
if you can fit the earrings over your head like a necklace, they're too big

it depends... if you got short hair big hoop earrings is not for you. basically it's all about the way your hair looks because it must go or you will look stupid

Well it depends on where ur goin i mean if u were goin 2 school or 2 a party then it would be fine but if u were goin 2 a wedding then hells no!

That would depend on what you are trying to say by wearing them. If you don't think that you can pull it off, then when you are at home wear them. That way you'll be able to see for yourself what they look like on you and whether or not you like them.

it kinda depends on what you are wearing. sometimes it can be the right accesory and looks cute but sometimes it just looks like too much if your already wearing a lot of accesories.

yes & no. depends who you ask and what you wear with them.
too much makeup can make you look trashy, or whore-ish. but a little makeup and a cute outfit can make you look amazing.
