I would think a very, very pale blue blouse or sweater would be fine. I don't think black would look good at all, and white would be too harsh.

if you have blonde hair that will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There has been this guy in my class who had golden blonde hair that has been a medium brown near the bottom part. When he came back to university after summer vacation, it was nearly platinum blonde!

Jet black hair. I have actually dark brown hair and I believe dark hair looks better. I avoid really like blonde hair.
