I tend to vote Democratic because I believe in opportunity for all and not just an elite few because they choose not to share the wealth.

I'm a Democrat. As is probably the case with a lot of people, my family's values influenced my decision when I first became a voter. Through the years, the Dems have reflected most of my own personal values, though I don't always vote a straight ticket--sometimes I'll go Green, P&F or Libertarian.
