A dab of honey placed on the area and covered with a bandaid is supposed to work very well. If you do it overnight the blemish should be gone in the morning. Hope it works!

dab a q-tip in some rubbing alcohol and only rub a bit on the pimple itself. it should clear it up pretty quickly.
