I heard about the pass you can buy, to use for the same "route" everyday. For example, i will be in Hibarigaoka and i will go to school in Shinjuku... so i will be soing this 6 days a week. Would it be cheaper to get this pass? and could someone give me more info on this pass? Like, if i have to transfer to different company lines, will this pass work? Where can I get this pass? Any info at all on this pass would be a great help!!!

Wow! what a coincidence!
I worked for a company near Hibarigaoka station. I used to get on and off at it on weekdays.

It's cheaper to get a commuter pass. You have to buy ones of each railroad company.

In your case, you don't take any subways. You just get on the normal trains. You need two commuter passes.

One is from Hibarigaoka sta. to Ikebukuro sta. It costs less than 10,000 yen or 82 USD a month. The other is from Ikebukuro sta. to Shinjuku sta. It costs less than 5,000 yen or 41 USD a month.

Hibarigaoka sta.

     | 20 minutes on Seibu Ikebukuro line
     | about 9,500 yen a month
     |
Ikebukuro sta.
     |
     | 8 minutes on JR Yamanote line
     | 5 minutes on JR Saikyo line
     | about 4,500 yen a month
     |
Shinjuku sta.

Yes, just like the person above explained. You can ask for a "tei ki ken" or a commuter pass. Some railways have the ticket machines setup where you can purchase the tei ki ken right from the machine. In most cases, the screens can be switched to English. Once you have purchased a teikiken, you can renew very easily by using your old card. You just have to slip in the card and the info is transferred to the new card.
