I have a severaly deep conflict with my gender that causes me much pain like a tug of war is the only way to dedcribe how I feel and can they really make you decent looking female who can perform sexually aftward in a hetrosexual relationship.

well performing sexual things on hormones is a bit softer if you know what i mean and i mean soft
but after operations you are able to enjoy your life as good as any woman
with hormones the younger you are the better the result
i am 26 and the hormones have done so much to me in only a few months the thing is time
it will not happen over night but it will happen
being prepared to sit and wait is the hardest thing
and can be a very lonely hard time

The hormones will make your voice a higher pitch and you will grow breasts. You can still perform sexually, even if you get a sex change, you just won't be able to have babies.

If you start at an early age yes. Its going to cost allot of money. Most likely the only job you'll be able to do is prositution.
