i dont kno wat to get my friend for bday. she's turning 13 and i dont kno wat to get her thats under $10

Do you have any photographs of you and she together? You could make her a nice card with the pictures. Ask her Mom if she has any pics of your friend and you could put some in the card of her, alone and some of you, alone, also. Get colored craft paper and decorate it. It can be as big as a poster. If you don't know what to write ask you parents or siblings to help you. You can cut pictures out of a magazine related to things she likes, like popular movies stars, horses, whatever she likes. That will be a gift you can afford and gift that she can keep! She will appreciate all the effort you put into it. Have a fun time doing it!

Get her a CD she likes. That's cheap and enjoyable. This one time I built a stickman out of Snickers. Maybe you can be creative like that. I'm sure whatever you give her she'll be happy.
