I need help when i shop on ebay its telling me that my credit card numbers allready assined to another email adress.How do i view my pay pal account or who would i call to figure out what email adress that my cards being sent to?

go to www.paypal.com. sign in using your email address and password. Are you able to sign in? If not call them at 1-800-852-1973 Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM CST - 9:00 PM.
If you are able to sign in w/ your email address go to profile, then click on credit cards. It will list the credit card associated w/ this email address, verify that it is the same as the one on your card. Hopefully it's as simple as an input error and can be corrected by removing the wrong card number and updating to the correct one. i would also verify the bank account information on the profile page too.
If none of these options work tonight or your unable to log in, I would definately call paypal in the morning. They were very helpful when had to contact them. Good luck

on pay pal they have this thing where you can talk to a live person online. you should try that
or you should try to call them and see if they have contact information
