How awful will the Memphis Grizzlies be when they trade Pau Gasol?

Pau Gasol is still a good player, but not a great player. Grizzlies mainly rely on Miller, and seeing how Gasol is playing right now, they could probably get some good players on the team by trading him.

They are pretty bad now maybe they think they can get 2 good players for him.
