horoscopes are fake - all they do is give people "hope" that their love life will blossom on some random week, blah blah blah. Just date him if it feels right. Don't listen to the horoscopes - no matter what zodiac sign, they can't predict people exactly and whoever you decide to date could be any sign! It's just a matter of if it feels "right."

Don't know which horoscope would actually come right out and say you SHOULD date this sign or that!
Astrology doesn't work like that, despite all appearances otherwise.
Any practicing astrologer worth their salt would only point out which signs you might likely find interesting and be compatible with.
Astrologers only "suggest" your actions and do not command your behaviors. We never "SHOULD" anybody; we don't want to pick your friends/lovers/mates for you; that's still your responsiblity. You come to an astrologer and ask the questions that we, to the best of our ability and understanding, offer answers, guidance, etc., but never tell you that you "SHOULD" anything.
Astrologers, for all of you buffs out there, abide by a very highly moral code of ethics. We never coerce or demand and we never say you're wrong without first offering an alternative more suitable to you and whomever you're in relationship with.
Your question, while seemingly straight forward, feels as though you're "testing".
If you want to believe in SUN SIGN astrology ONLY, then you can expect to be disappointed with most readings that don't seem to "fit." They fit just often enough to make you keep on reading.
I've been erecting and reading horoscopes for well over 50 years now and I can only suggest that you get a full birthtime horoscope (called a Natal chart) done by a reputable astrologer for yourself once in your lifetime and see then how much more of you we can tell you all about. . . EVERY aspect of your life is there in the natal chart with all 12 signs of the zodiac that we each have--not just--our SUN Sign designated by the day of the month we're born.
If SUN SIGN Astrology were the be-all, end-all there is to Astrology, then it would figure that since there are only 12 signs of the zodiac that all of us WOULD fit there someplace, right? But how come we aren't fitting? Could it be that we're saying we saw an elephant (and we just KNOW it was an elephant!) when we've really _only seen_ his _tail?_
Q. "Should I date the guy my Horoscope says I should?"
A. What have you to lose? What have you to learn? What have you to offer this other person? It's an exchange. If you don't feel comfortable with this other person, stay away from them and find someone else to interact with who does feel right.
Astrology is only a _tool,_ albeit a very useful one if used correctly.

just remember that Horoscopes are for a general time frame. There are MIlLIONS of people that have the same sign as you. So do you think that the advice a horoscope gives is going to fit every single one of those people?
no

Date any guy you wish to regardless of horoscopes...my wife & I have been together for 17 years & checking our horoscopes never occured to us & yes we're still very much in love.
All the best on your journey!
