Fortunately, you have caused no major damage, and any local repair shop can just drain out the coolant for cheap.

Easy fix my dear. Sit down and breathe deeply. All you have to do is remove your windshield washer tank and associated hoses. Dump the antifreeze into a plastic windshield container.Wash the washer tank with a touch (1/4 ) teaspoon of whisk. Disconnect the washer lines from the squirt lines under your hood and let them drain also. Put everything back together and fill th washer tank with washer fluid and a another 1/4 teaspoon of whisk. Spray it at least a dozen times to clear the lines. to be safe, go to a car wash and wash your car to remove any antifreeze that may have splashed on your car. Now-- sit down and have a Drinkie of your choice. You have not hurt your compresser ( different systems). I'd do it for you id less than 15 minutes. Are you in NYS?

Drain the tank, not on the ground cuz animals love the stuff but it'll kill them. Remove the tank if you can and flush it out. If you can't remove it just remove the rubber hose where it attaches to sprayer by the windshield and run the washer to pump the coolant into a jug. Flush it with some washer fluid to clean out as much coolant as you can cuz it will smear the windshield, no real damage, just a pain.

Drain or siphon the antifreeze from the washer reservoir. Make sure you DO NOT ingest any of the antifreeze. It quickly damages internal organs in humans and animals. It shouldn't damage anything but you may want to refill with water and run your wipers and washers for a minute.

Empty the antifreeze out, flush the system (pump and lines with clean water) and then refill with windshield washer fluid in. Flush it again so it doesn't freeze and you should be fine.

Hey, we all make mistakes, so don't feel bad. What's bad is if we make them and try to cover it up or not admit our mistakes.
