Since you're a starter, a good song would be "Distance" by Cake. Maybe even "Survivor" from that group Beyonce was in. If you're a reliever they could play the Pepto Bismol song. It mentions upset stomach, some other ailments and concludes with diarreah. That would be cool.

We use this on the HS team I coach, we huddle up and for the 30 seconds before the song really takes off and we just stand there and say what needs to be said... and then I count it down, and right when the guitars come in on the big blast we take the field!

well i too was a pitcher and although i'm 36 and my decade was the 80's ( which on record was the best for music since many styles came out then like no other decade ) i used to come out to ..... ": you spin me " it has a good hook and it has a " special " meaning to the batters not too metion getting into their heads and messing with them plus no matter what music you like in the stands the people move and shake plus again no matter what music you like at least secretly ..... ( even if hip hoppers ) don't admit it people do like that song trust me it went well for me plus....... my team mates got to tease the other team especially when they struck out by yelling " you got spun " ! it also adds morale and commradary amoung us and no too mention in the sports page you would see the next day... ( add name here ) only allowed 4 hits and spins 8 batters in last nights win over ( add name ) ( your name here )
