I don't need anything long, can anyone just give me a few names that I can look up for people that have tried to find immortality? I don't need any info on the people just names. I already have Ponce de Leon and Gordon Wasson, with the Divine Mushroom of immortality

Check out the book:"Longevity, a practical scientific approach" by Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw. There is a lot of good information in that.

Others have different views. Vampirism in folklore is one of the best known.
