If he makes you uncomfortable, you should tell him you don't appreciate how he is looking at you or his tone. Tell him that because he is married and has a son, that is especially offensive to you. If he continues, then tell a supervisor. What he is doing might be innocent flirting (still wrong if you are married), but if it makes you uncomfortable to the point of having to leave, then in the workplace, it can be considered as sexual harassment and your co-worker can be reprimanded or fired. Good luck.

sometimes people get married for the wrong reasons and they become unhappy over the years. So if they see someone that is attractive they have a since of happiness if they see that person on the regular basis, like at work. most of the time that person is doing /or saying everything that the married person wants to hear and is not hearing at home

He probably wants to! Take it as a compliment, your a hottie. As long as he doesn't touch or act on it right? Let him keep his perverted little fantasies in his head just dont let it get out of hand and when it does, make a complaint to the right people. Just make sure not to flirt with him or lead him on, if you do you are just as bad.

If he's married, what difference does it make? Stay away from him. Do you really need that kind of baggage? What's so endearing about a man willing to cheat on his wife?

Stay away from him. If he starts pursuing you, report him for sexual harassment. Because you shouldn't feel uncomfortable like that, especially at work, because it can cause your work to suffer, but more importantly you shouldn't be in a situation where your feeling uncomfortable.

He may really have been sick.
Or, he is a man who has desires for you.
As long as he doesn't make any overt sexual suggestions or touch you try not to get too upset.
Try to keep your distance.

He could just be a jerk or some kind of slimeball. Just let him know you're not interested if he does it again. If he keeps doing it then report him, it's sexual harassment.
