The best games for 13 year olds to play are video games, like those party games that are on the Game Cube.
Old party games like truth or dare or spin the bottle are so...blah that they're just not worth it...I'd get some multi-player games and rent a video game system if you don't already have one and do that. Car racing would be the best and I suggest Burnout: Revenge...for the PS2
Of course it depends on the people going to the party too. Is it a mixed group or is it all girls or all guys? One of those singing games would be better for an all girl party. Sport and Racing games for all guy party.

Games involving dancing work the best.
And if that doens't work, buy a Nintendo Wii.

I always liked twister and then there's pass the balloon were you have the balloon under one persons chin and their chest and you have to pass it to on to the next person and down a line

put a lemon between your knees and walk. then drop it in a glass. if you miss you have to dance in front of everyone. if you wanna make it interesting. maybe people have to do a dare if you miss.
