Because we do!

Kidding - actually, we are pretty intuitive by nature. It's how we are wired. If we are ACTING like we know everything, well then, that's another story. Some women are just full of themselves and have to act like they are the authority on every subject. We are not all like that, thankfully.

Because biochemically, women retain the most information and can recall that information in the heat of an argument and basically get you over a barrel.
Quite honestly, that's why I love being a woman. Not because I am always right, but because I'm good with an argument. Sorry.
I know I don't try to be right all the time, and I really don't like when women do the whole "I'm right, and because you're a man, you're wrong." It just seems that way sometimes, and women who go around waving their hand around saying they're right are either joking or VERY wrong, LOL. Hope that helps or at least quells some of your she-hate. =)

There's a book called "For Men Only". Get it. Read it. It even has a pull out section inside the cover with shortcuts. You'll learn everything you ever wished you knew about women...and then some.

Because:

1) Our mothers are know-it-alls, and
2) Our husbands are very often clueless about certain subjects in which we have experience.

For example:

To my husband, the world is self-cleaning. To him, "dust" is exclusively a noun. It also does not occur to him that using Brillo pads on Cephalon pans with special non-stick coating is a bad idea.

It also does not occur to most men to ascertain that an item is dishwasher-safe BEFORE running it through the machine, nor does it occur to most men that perhaps EVERYTHING can't go in the dryer.

If you really wanna blow your woman's mind with what a great BF or DH you are sometime, demonstrate your ability to locate, read, and understand a laundry instructions tag sewn into a garment, or ask her if a dish is dishwasher-safe. You'll astonish her with your astounding sensitive-guy-ness.

Its not so much that we know everything but most women sit and listen take things in even if it seems like useless info
we can be nosy and ask alot of questions
we watch oprah and dr. phil, the view , the food network stuff like that we comminucate with other woman . while men mostly stick to themselves watching the news or sports.maybe thats why it seems like we know everything

Because they are just made to be that way. Sometimes it seems like they are controlling, but they are just women. It's how they are. They have a hard time admitting that they're wrong.
