Good customer service absolutely. Bad one makes it worse.
Apple, Microsoft: very bad, wouldn't buy their products again.
Dell: Foreigners, try to help but hard to understand, never really solved the problem. But I was grateful to have somebody to be able to talk to and got some knowledge from them.
Audible (Germany): Exellent, they are so helpful and nice that I'm extremely easy to deal with, forgive audible anything, would get stuff from them even though it's expensive and would recommend them to anybody interested to listen.

Dell and any other outsourced customer service will not solve the problem. You will find yourself running in circles and circles until you have to write letters. Even then, it wouldnt help because the damage will already be done. I had to learn the hard way. Be careful what you buy, pay cash for everything, and buy what you know you will be KEEPING, because if not; be prepared for some serious headaches. Customer service is some shyt...

No it just makes the customer more angry because every customer service that I have talked to lately has been sent to some other country that can barely speak english and doesn't know what the're talking about.

Customer service generally makes the customer more mad, I would by pass all that right away and say I would like to talk to your manager, especially if you are dealing with cell phone insurance.

Nope. In fact, they make customers feel stupid, because they act like "know it all" people. Just because they works for a certain company they act like having experience of the product sold by that company.

Ha Ha! Good one! Oh wait, this isn't "jokes and humour" catagory is it? Some people need to argue for the sake of it and they are just looking for someone to yell at. All you can do is ignore it and not play their game.
