Good customer service absolutely. Bad one makes it worse.
Apple, Microsoft: very bad, wouldn't buy their products again.
Dell: Foreigners, try to help but hard to understand, never really solved the problem. But I was grateful to have somebody to be able to talk to and got some knowledge from them.
Audible (Germany): Exellent, they are so helpful and nice that I'm extremely easy to deal with, forgive audible anything, would get stuff from them even though it's expensive and would recommend them to anybody interested to listen.

Nope. In fact, they make customers feel stupid, because they act like "know it all" people. Just because they works for a certain company they act like having experience of the product sold by that company.

Ha Ha! Good one! Oh wait, this isn't "jokes and humour" catagory is it? Some people need to argue for the sake of it and they are just looking for someone to yell at. All you can do is ignore it and not play their game.
