Jigsaw died. Do you guys have any ideas?

Jigsaw has a habit of getting many unrelated people involved in his puzzles - like the guy in the first Saw who was supposed to kill the doctor's wife and daughter if the doctor didn't kill the photographer chained in that bathroom dungeon room with him. Jigsaw set up the scenario with Jeff's daughter before he was killed. It wouldn't surprise me if someone like the guy that Dr. Lynn was having an affair with (seen briefly at the beginning of Saw 3) were to be involved somehow. That guy was cheating on his wife so he might be a prime candidate for a Jigsaw-style wake up call.
Not to mention that a lot of people treated his disease so he may have made other contacts. Who knows what new characters might pop up?

The tagline for the movie is...The Doctor is in...so I assume the DR. will be the killer...
