LOL
Didn't you read the user's manual?
I messed up when I got mine and could only sniff out Episcopalian nuns. Turns out I had the battery in backwards.
Seriously tho- there is no such thing as gaydar. You may pick up on subtle (or not so subtle) clues given of by a person, but there is no foolproof method of knowing. Unless you ask of course.

It is possible that your gaydar is not functioning correctly because you can not understand. Your inability to write the english language correctly is shorting the gaydar out. Once you master spelling, the gaydar will kick-in and work correctly. See you are having a translation error. Gaydar does not understand plz, im, ppl,u, ur, don, i,underdstand. Since you do not understand please, I'm, people, you, your, don't, I and understand, there is a communition problem between your internal gaydar processing unit and your actual gaydar sending/receiving unit. There are some other items that will produce a syntax error with gaydar, such as OMG, BTW, LMAO, and failing to spell things like too by using the digit 2. As soon as you adjust the communication/translation issue, your gaydar should begin working as advertised.
Thanks,

LOL, this is funny
there are a couple prerequsits:
1)You have to be the least bit GAY to have a gaydar(that includes being 0.1% gay)
2)You also have to meet many gay people
3)You have to be relatively intuitive
if you meet all these requirements, then your gaydar should be functioning properly. if it is still not functioning properly then you can call customer service at 1-800-spank-me to speak with a technition and diagnose the problem.

There's no one obvious sign that gives them away. Well sometimes it's obvious, not always. You just either have a gaydar or you don't. I can tell instantly if a man is gay, even by looking at him, but I can't explain how I can tell. With women it's not always easy for me to know.
JJ is wrong that you have to be gay to know. I'm a woman who is 99.9 percent straight and really I can tell with the men. Maybe it's because I like gay guys for some reason, I mean as people, not like I think they would be interested in me!

Im a girl and I can tell right away if a guy is gay.
Girls its harder.... My gayder is sometimes right and sometimes not. Sometimes its the way they dress (like wearing a t-shirt that says so), sometimes its the vibe they give out.... sometimes its the way they act around other girls or how they are looking at you.
My friend once told me she could tell I was a lesbian before I came out of the closet cause the way I would look at other girls in the locker room when we were at school, how I touched a girl's arm or watched them (girls) in class when I pretty much looked at my text book if a guy was talking lol... and she just got this vibe that I was more into girls..
She is bisexual but more into guys and she has a good gayder....

All of us have different kinds of "dars" we're good at. Maybe you're not good at gaydar, but have one of these other talents:
May-dar: ability to tell if someone's name is May (same applies to Kay-dar)
Hay-dar: ability to sense whether you're near a barn
Tray-dar: ability to sniff out a nearby cafeteria
Clay-dar: ability to tell if someone's good at pottery
Of course, there are dozens of other 'dars' out there. Maybe you just haven't found your true calling.
PS Since you don't have gaydar, the best way to find out is ask. With kindness and sincerity. Understand, however, it's none of your business.

"Gaydar" is just a matter of noticing subtle body language (particularly that related to how a person relates to someone of the same sex). If you notice a guy checking out another guy covertly...
Anything else that people claim "gaydar" on is just knowing the stereotypes and doesn't mean jack.

A lot of my gaydar has to do with the vibe that people give off. Also, most lesbian of bi women will give you this look if they notice you checking them out.....A good giveaway for me is that hot confidence that a lot of lesbians put off. Not all, but a lot.

I personally think its more difficult to tell if a girl is gay than a man. Unless a woman is like,a bulldyke or something, they don't really show their sexuality as flamboyantly as some gay men do.I never can tell if a girl is gay or not.If a man is feminine,we almost always assume hes gay/bi. but if a girl is gay,yet still feminine,we just say shes straight...I dunno how to use it either other than to look for like...rainbow tattoos or..um,bumperstickers..or...her actually telling you.

You should have read the manual instead of just discarding it after you bought it.
