I wouldn't want to get involved. Expecially if no one was in danger. I'm not a cop.

YES,
Think of it this way, there is no such thing as a "felony" crime where there is no victim. Just because you don't think someone is paying for the offense doesn't mean nobody is.
This is why laws are in place. I don't suggest walking up to someone and saying " Hey that's against the law" but have a conscience, at least call the cops and give an anonymous tip where nobody else can hear you. For example someone shoplifting something is causing a negative impact on the price of it to other people who aren't steeling it making them victims.

If you know that someone is going to commit a felony or any other offenses you are required by law to notify the police. You can do this anonymously in almost any state. If they commit a crime and you knew it "you" could be charged with a crime for not informing the police. Whom ever this person is I would suggest that you stay away from them. If you can't because they are some how related to you. I suggest that you talk to this person and inform them that if they are planning on doing any thing wrong you will tell on them!!!!!!

yup... Its a Carma thing. Besides it takes everyone to keep the peace. If its a felony regardless of whether it hurts someone or not is still a felony. We as a society are so prone to "not getting involved" and really where does that get us? no were! If you want peace then we have to have laws... If we want the legal system to work then we have to help enforce it.

NOooooo. I saw a man break into a house. I called the police, no one came. I followed him down the street, Called the police again, no one came. After 30 minutes of following him, I drove back to the house. Cops everywhere. They told me not to call in such things. NOW I ignore everything I see. And I even saw a restaurant be robbed at gunpoint. Sorry, did not see that, either...

If it's a "felony", then someone is getting hurt, even if it's indirectly.
I'd roast them, but maybe it's because I got roasted myself once.

I sure would. Felons are the worst criminals. Whoever this person is, they are VERY likely to re-offend. No one may get hurt this time, but........
