Energy - he is trying to fix the corn surplus by turning it into fuel - ethanol. He said the words "global warming" for the first time ever and that suprised me.
Iraq - he thinks that an influx of troops will get the insurgents out once and for all.
Education - He wants people to be able to pick their own public schools. This works well in the Chicago lottery and it is a pretty liberal stance over the usual conservative "school voucher" idea.
Health insurance - tax breaks so that people can use their money for insurance instead of tax. It doesn't make much sense to me because it seems like people that can afford to have enough of their taxes taken away that it helps pay for healthcare, already make enough to pay for healthcare. Basically though, he is against universal healthcare and so am I.
Immigration - it seems he still wants a guest worker program but not citizenship as much.
Same sex marriage - I don't think he mentioned this, but he's against it.
