SPEED bumps?? You're not supposed to drive FAST over them.

speed is not just when you go fast... speed bumps are there to adjust your speed, not so that you can speed over them... otherewise, they would be called slow bumps or fast bumps. But speed bump could be referring to slow speed, not fast speed....
