This is more of an advertisement than an inquiry. Whenever I work for an employer, sticking to the job description and the tasks assigned are sufficient. Anyone neglecting their work to offer critiques or constructive feed back should have their priorities re-explained to them. Unless it is work related, it is not what you're being paid for. If a co-worker is suffering from the critique that was (probably) unsolicited, their efficiency and productivity is affected. Do not confuse work life and social life. Just because you have been guilty of it for 10 years does not justify it.
