One thing---This is a grown woman, not a girl, read the manga closely and look at her body and developement of facial features. She is already a full grown adult like Tsunade is.
This woman is a Shinobi from the Kusagakure, the village of the Grass. She wears a straw hat, used maroon red rouge on her lips, blackened the rim of her eyes, has nice long lock of beautiful black hair, and handsomely features. I have to admit that she is actually not bad looking. This woman wears tight black body suit that covered everything from her neck to her hands (Except the fingers) and feet (exposing the toes). A white cloak like top and skirt is draped over the black suit. If I remember correctly, I think she had a rope like belt around the waist. She is with two other male team mates. They are brutally killed by the scheming Orochimaru, although this is not revealed as to how Orochimaru did it, but the body of the three is discovered murdered in cold blood by Mitarashi Anko and two others. Their blood splatters all over the stone statue bearing the sign of Konoha leaf. Their faces completely wiped clean off their face.
Her name is never revealed, why Orochimaru chose her is a mystery, maybe she did looked like him. It is very possible that she and her teammate all perished when they were ambushed by Orochimaru.

The girl has no name.Trust me,I know.I searched EVERYWHERE for a clue,but found nothing.(only searched cuz it freaked me out so bad,knowing Oro might be a girl)
