Corvette Z06. For the money, it's the closest thing to a factory race car you can buy; it is ultra dependable, stupid fast and can be driven every day. While not really my cup of tea I have to admit the car really has a set of stones. The money you would save vs a high-strung european would buy many, many sets of tires and maintenance. I love the Viper but it is a beast to drive on streets and looney toons expensive to maintain. The Mustang has to have one of the most de-bugged platforms and engine/drive trains in existence, (big V8, rear wheel drive), but without heavy modifications (meaning suitcases full of cash) it is just not competetive on the GT circuit.

how bout you add bmw m5 to that list. a twin turbo supra is not faster than a new corvette zo6 or a viper at least not stock. out of whats listed id say corvette, ford mustang(the svt version),RX8,M3,Audi,supra,skyline,merc,viper in that order assuming its road racing and your driving it every day. some of those would be a pain to drive everyday

Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is the only street-friendly, daily-driver supercar in the world.

The Mustang, Vette and Supra will make the best daily drivers. Supra TT will also smoke anything on that list stock.
