so times he say things to make me fell like i am on top of the world and then other times it's just like he don't even care

Words are cheap. Actions say more about a person than words. He can tell you he loves you and not mean it. He can't cheat on you and mean something else. If he cheats, drop him. Who needs the headache anyway?

Hi Nuke, am sorry you're going through this phase with your man. Being a man myself and having been in and out of innumerable relationships, I know that things are best left alone even when in doubt. Your man (irrespective of age) will want to try out his 'fishing' skills to see if he's still desirable and if 'he's still in the game' - its a stupid man thing, but if left alone, the man will know where his true interests lie - YOU!
If things do get out of hand, though - and he's an incorrigible flirt - then dump him like a hot potato! You'll find other fish in the sea and more loving, caring and loyal ones at that!
