yes that can be used instead of your muffler...some aftermarket systems use just pipe and resonators....you should also feel a lil bit more power

Yes you can do that. My little pickup doesn't even have a muffler on it at the moment and I've never been stopped. Until I got a custom exhaust installed on my car all I had was a rusted out resonator.

sure but it'll probably get annoying after a while. my car has just resonators as exhaust its only loud when i step on it hard. my car is corvette powered so its ridiculously loud when revved. your car will just sound like all the other civics with coffee can exhausts youll just save money and lose a little power. less restriction equals more power but the pipes leading up to your exhaust are tiny so you wont gain any power most likely. also your motor is pretty low compression so you might even lose some power. If all your looking for is sound then go ahead but youll have to make the pipe outlet mach the resonator inlet.

why not? your car should have 2 or 1 resonators after the cat. I think you will be replacing this one with your muffler. but u gotta know that your car will be louder and even backfire on compression.

Yes you can do that but, without a muffler on you wont have the proper kick back. Which means, your engine will have to work harder.
