How can I get rid of that stinky leathery odor that smells like cow manure from new dress shoes?

I bought these nice dress pumps, but I haven't been able to wear them due to the smell and I'm afraid people might smell it when I wear them. I need help to get rid of it. I've poured baking soda powder over it, but the smell's still there. Help!

just wash it in your machine or go to shoe repair store i think they have this special spray
