Don't listen to the other answers who say that Forever 21 is not a good place for clothes. I go to a school where everyone basically dresses as if they go to a competition everyday draped in expensive abercrombie clothing with bags like louis vuitton, juicy couture, jimmy choo, marc jacobs, you name it. But, a lot of people still wear clothing by Forever 2, which is a little strange since everything else is designer, but who can blame them? Its a cute, affordable store that has clothes that still look great.
I love some of their necklaces, but not really any of the really chunky, too overpowering ones. I really like cute, quirky jewelry such as:

as for shorts, bermuda shorts are great!
they look really cute and prevent slutty too short to be shorts.
But remember, its not really important as to what I say as opposed to what your personal style is and what you think looks cute. Everyone has different tastes, so you should develop your own.

I love that place too! I also go to H&M. I mix and match my clothes from both of those stores and I love it! They're both affordable and the styles are always seasonal:)

The sizes run way too small and the quality isn't the best. That's my opinion

wat i love about forever 21 is that they have nice clothes. thats all. they are a little expensive.
