What did Christian Cage mean last night on TNA when he said if the control room people messed up then he was going to "make it rain"?

Insults won't get you ten points "Mr. Magic." Throwing money in the air wouldn't make sense if he was mad at the control room people.

He probably meant that he would punish the hell out of the control room personnel. Back in boot camp, making it rain was getting the entire division to do calistenics indoors for such a long period of time that the amount of heat built up in the confined space would set off the sprinkler system. That sucked in my opinion. Although I doubt he meant that exact form of punishment, he used that phrase to scare the people into doing what he wanted them to do for him.
