There are so many service providers out there all with different plans. If you want someone good and reliable then at least $6.95 to $9.95 per month usually to be paid for a year in advance.

Gloz,

Depends on what type of business you are getting in??
If it requires , registration , selecting and paying online
etc.. then the cost might be a little higher. Yahoo and other
sites provide some self software website which allow you to build your own site without knowing how to design. But that is ok if you need a basic site. Anything who get close to an ecommerce will require more money invested. Also check Allwebco.com
they are pre-made template that only require configuration, which means the site is already made for you and you only need to add your infos configure the feedback etc.. For the web hosting I will say you can get cheap and functional ones like poweeb.com the one use or any others will do.

It depends on where you buy your host/domain.

You can spend from, say, around $30 to $200 a year.

1and1.com is fairly cheap, and I'm not biasing my answer. And I have shopped around.

The amount of pages mean little with such big space you get nowadaways, just to let you know. Oh and also, what do you mean maintenance? Such as having someone design your webpages, etc.? Well, that's up to what designer you hire.
