Because a hero has to be someone that people can rely on and if that person has no loyalty and can't be trusted, no one is going to trust that "hero" and depend on him. If the person has no loyalty then nobody is going to trust and look up to the person.

Loyalty leads to trust and if nobody trusts a person then they can't be heroes that people look up to.

What kind of hero doesnt stick to his/her cause, or go through with what they said they would do?
Thats what would happen if loyalty wasnt a requirement...

to become a hero loyalty to his profession must be sincere.they should not leave this strategic thought it is very important

Loyalty creates trust. Without trust, there is no reason to believe that the person is acting without ulterior motives.

Would you trust a hero who was disloyal? Unless you're Stan Lee heroes are supposed to be big Boy(or Girl)Scouts. Would Superman really be a hero if he lied?(Well, except to protect his identity) You should be able to trust a hero.

because heroes usually posses all the good human traits, and loyalty is one of them. ;)

well in order to be a hero, you must first possess loyality. which is defending all that is good, and eliminating the bad. So you must be loyal to doing your job...and if you're not loyal, you cant be trusted.
