This is are really hard question. They have already killed off a main character this season, and "Dr. Beck, did just ask Kristina to marry him" I would say they aren't going to. But I think after his PUBLIC, on the golden globes, display of rudness towards gays, he should have to make a PUBLIC appology, and possibly donate a large sum of money to a gay foundation. He is acting so imature about gays, like it is something new in the world and he wants everyone to know he has issues with it. If anything, being gay is more accepted now than ever. Besides that his comment forced another person out of the closet, instead of it being there choice when to make it more public. Should he be fired, in alot of ways yes. Will he be, no. I am not gay and i am deeping affended by his behavior.

for those of you who don't know, he called "George" a fag, on the set of Grey's Anatomy and got into a ton of trouble, besides making the whole cast very upset. Then months later he pulls this stunt at the Golden Globes, he has no remorse for what he said. He was threatened by the producers the first time he screwed up and the cast made it very clear that no one approved of his behavior, and yet he decided to go ahead and do it again, this time on national TV.

OF COURSE NOT! Sorry this just realy annoys me. So sure what he said wasn't nice I mean c'mon who hasn't said that word before! People seriously need to stop blowing these thinsg out of proportion. And what makes me mad is that if it hadn't been like a diss to do with gay people probably nobody would have cared. I am soo sick how everybody overreacts about things gay.

Wrong.

He did not violate their anti discimination policy.

If they tried to fire him on that basis he would wind up owning the network.

They said they could fire him on a morals clause in his contract but they did not say they are going to fire him on that basis.

To begin with no one on the cast is asking for his resignation and the show is rated #1.

What's more he has apologized and sought professional help with the situation. He is in rehab.

And also, he called no one a name in a hateful or derogatory manner.

If this went to trial the courts would find in his favor on basis of freedom of speech and truthfulness of the word in question.

In short, NO.

No that's stupid. Think about it, in Hollywood, every time the you see a movie, the gay person is always used as a comic relief. I'm not gay, but if my "lifestyle" would be used as a comical relief, then I would be pretty angry. So if Isaiah should be fired, then what about the rest of Hollywood?

Well yes and no. If I were a producer I wouldn't. It's like free publicity for the show. While his actions are unacceptable, he's apparently going to be fixed in "rehab"

I hope they don't but he should make some type of restitution for his behavior. He is a good actor & I don't believe he he's a bad person. He just made a really stupid mistake.
