The angels themselves, i think, created them. It's such a long time I had trouble remembering, here are they, please forgive if there is some incorrect parts. The scientist found 'Adam', and did something with his body..

1. Ramiel the angel of thunder
2. Sachiel
3. Liliel
4. Sandophon the angel of fire? He looks like a mini little dinosaur embryocroached in a volcano.
5. Armisael, shaped like a ring
6. Tabris the angel of free will, has white hair, and looks like a human. (The last to die)
