At a Lowes or Home Depot or a similar store they have 1" halogen lights on what is basically an extension cord with a dial on and off button. They provide great light, you can space out the lights how you want to, and focus the light where you want it and just tack or staple in place.

I think your talking about holagyen light bulbs?.. these are tricky little buggers!!.. Don't touch the bulb with your fingers when you install it, the oil from your fingers will burn it out prematurely..

You can get them at a walmart near you.. bring it with you and ask the clerks or go to lowes or somewhere where they sell lighting..
