i have found that everytime i format my HDD...
the space of my HDD starts to get less than before...
i got 78.5 GB before... now i only got 74.5...
is it true that format a HDD will result in a decrease of a HDD space..?

Windows creates a garbage after a few workings. It keeps the file as it and it keeps growing, and there is no end to it, u may also reach a stage where there are many of windows garbage.

Periodically u will have to Defragment the Files, clear the recycling bin, clear the temp files.

There are utilities like regcleaner, easy cleaner which will help u do so. u will be surprised to see the quntam of garbage collected and that can be cleared.

Do a defrag and C what is new.
