Just as much as a heterosexual couple can "truly, madly, deeply love each other without being monogamous."
Personally, I believe sex and love are two different things, being monogamous does not equal love, nor does having sex with other people mean you don't love each other. One is not dependent upon the other.

At least for me,being IN love means being monogomous. Not sure any male, gay or straight knows the meaning of that term, lol

Theoretically, I'm almost sure of it. I just really don't think that I happen to be among those people who can do that. Doesn't mean others don't exist out there, and don't find each other and live happily and nonmonogamouly ever after.

honey, it has nothing to do with being gay, it depends if you both agree to it. my husband loved me truly madly and deeply and I felt the same. he was just doing all that with me while seeing other people. not cool with me. as long as you're both aware and ok with it. no harm no foul. good luck

Since when did you get a name change?
I'm pretty sure they can. I think it all depends on the person being asked though?
