when i right-click on the context menu, i can the task manager but i can't click on it cuz it's not highlighted
also when i press ctrl + alt + dlt, i can see the task tanager but i also can't click on it
how do i fix this??

Use the RUN box and type in "taskmgr" without the quotes.

you should be able to reboot and hit F8 for safe mode. then right click on the menu bar (at the bottom, somewhere left of the clock and icons) and select "task manager." if it isn't accessible, insert your original xp cd and select the repair option.

if your using windows xp you should just be able to right click the bar at the bottom of your desktop

If the system is a company computer than the administrator locked it
