My ntl feed is split between two rooms. My ntl box (pace) works fine but my dbox doesnt, however when I tried the dbox at a friends house it worked like a charm.Ive been told this is due to low signal from my ntl feed.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

you need to get in touch with ntl mate, have them send out an engineer...

little experiment you might want to try:

keep a record of every phone call made from your phone, and every pay per view that you order - get a fully itemised bill, compare. 100% guarantee that they will not match, ntl add extra items to your bill

i remember my first bill with ntl - it had calls dating back to two weeks before i'd had it installed :(

i switched providers after that...

we got rid of NTL cos they were awful. box kept crashing, and you have to wait about half an hour to talk to someone in customer services. Sounds like you need an engineer to come out though. good luck waiting!!
