I resolved to quit smoking and am on day seven, smoke free. Its not been easy, what is the hardest tho is replacing all those actions with something new. I noticed that others who quit smoking never took breaks anymore which plays against you. Breaks are necessary as are routines. They help us gather our thoughts and refocus. I still haven't found a reasonable replacement and maybe like those who don't take that break, will find its not as necessary as I thought.
