ive known him a little over a year and just recently ive had feelings for him.. strong feelings. I dont think its a good idea to go for it because he has so many strings attached, he has a 16month old girl.. who lives 21/2 hour drive away with the mom. He has a another girl friend who is in love with him and they are what i would call friends with benifits. Our relationship is really different we can talk for hours and we ALWAYS have a great time when we hang out, drunk or sober. Sometimes when im too drunk to drive home he lets me crash in his bed and he never pulls a move we just cuddle. We flirt alot but he flirts with lots of girls. and if i did ask him out and it didnt work out it would probably be really akward because we have mostly the same friends.. what do i do! does it sound liek maybe a little crush i could get over??. Its hard to hang out with him and not be thinking about what it would be like to kiss him or date him or things like that. advice?

Control yourself. Seriously, getting into a relationship with this guy seems like a lot of headaches you have to deal with. Plus, if he doesn't like you that would probably break your friendship with him and possibly with others. Trust me I went out with my best friend's ex and it was NOT fun. Sometimes we have to appreciate what we already have with people. We have to learn that if we shoot for even more, that it will break the bonds we love most. Sorry I had to tell you that but I just thought maybe I could save you the tears.

I agree with J. Look, he already got girls around him, available to his needs. If you're looking for a serious relationship, find another guy. He's the type that we girls love but will break our heart when we're in a relationship with him. So, stay just friends with him.
Besides, if he likes you that way, he would have done something about it. He respects you as a friend, so I think it's best if you forget about this crush. Don't kiss him etc etc. Don't jump into the sucking pool of temptation, cause in the end if things doesn't work out (most likely won't work out), you won't even have him as a friend. No matter how hard it would be to get over this crush, do it, and find another guy to distract your mind.
