honda civic si sedan is the most talked about car this last year. when it comes to cornering it beat out some really high priced cars. now mazda 6 looks pretty cool. one thing to remember is that honda is like the leader in reliability, along with toyota ofcourse. honda civic is ranked #1 for small cars in consumer reports. the mazda 6 has average to below average reliability. mazda 6 has had many transmission problems and the 2005 reliability used car report was below average. so until mazda can make there cars more reliable go with the honda for less headakes. pluss honda has a million after market parts you can bolt on if you feel like a little extra horse power.

I don't know about now, but the old Mazda engines were rotary engines and although they last 200000 miles or better, they generate a lot of heat and you can feel it through the floorboards of the car. I had a Honda Civic (a 2000 VP) and drove it close to 125 miles a day for 4+ years. When I traded it in at 125000 miles, all I had done was change the oil religiously every 3000 miles, the brakes (@ 80000) and the tires (@75000). My g/f has a Civic and loves it as well. The Accord is a very popular vehicle as well, and my experience is that you can't go wrong with a HOnda. There are so many models on the roads repairs costs will be at a minimum and parts easy to come by for older models.

The mazda 3 is the best Mazda because it is inexpensive, reliable, and sporty. The mazda 3 is the only reliable Mazda. I suggest you look at the Mazda 3, it looks pretty nice. If you don't like it, than get any Honda, they're all reliable. I suggest you get the civic si if you are going for the Honda. It's sportier, less expensive, and more fuel efficient than the accord. If you are looking for a sporty and inexpensive car, the Mazda 3 would be your best bet. If you are still not sure, just do some research online. I would choose the Mazda 3 if I were you. It's sportier than any Honda and looks better.

well the honda has huge aftermarket support, 3438433 times more than the mazda 6...
those two cars are very different animals...one a performance sport compact FWD and the other a mid-size AWD sport sedan
it depends on what you want from a car, but for a first car you have no clue what you want...i would say get a base model civic/accord so you dont kill yourself and others
you have no clue how to drive and a 200hp vehicle for a new driver is a bad choice...but at 17, everyone thinks they are invincible. so go ahead and get the Si

I own a mazda 6 but I've driven accords and civics before. The civic is on its own level...lower than the other two cars.
If you are looking for gas mileage...the accord beats out the 6.
The 6 has more horsepower and better acceleration.
Both are equally comfortable.
The 6 looks a heck of a lot better.
Prices are about the same...I would definteily recommend the 6 although I may be biased bc I own one. However, I've been driving one for 2 years. The odometer on mine is about to tick 50,000 miles and I haven't had a single problem with it.

My first car was a Honda Accord. The thing was 16 years old before I got rid of it, and that was only because I was making enough money to buy something sporty.

Honda Accord will be my choice. It's because this car is not too big, easy to ride and the machine is good also. Its spareparts are easy to be bought, not too expensive and the shape is cool. You can modify it easily.
Civic is too big you know. Mazda...welll...mhhh, I like Honda better than Mazda. G'luck.
